Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. We connect a domain you already own, or register a new one in your name. The site itself is built, hosted and kept running by us for as long as you're subscribed.
Is there a setup fee?
There is one, paid once at the start, and its size depends on the plan length you choose. On a 24-month plan there is none at all. On a 12-month plan it is reduced, and with no fixed length you pay it in full. The figure for each plan is shown on the pricing cards, and the 30-day money-back guarantee refunds it whichever option you pick.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the site stays live until then. Cancel within the first 30 days and we refund you in full, setup fee included. Your domain and everything we wrote for you stay yours either way.
Do I ever own the site itself?
Yes. After 24 continuous months, ask us for a copy and we hand over the finished site at no charge. Before that, we build, host and maintain it for as long as you're subscribed, and the domain is in your name throughout.
How long does it take to go live?

What counts as a revision?
